Support plan and how to get help for the GoodMem Google Cloud Marketplace VM.
GoodMem includes our Basic Email Support plan. Support is provided over email and is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT), Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, with a response time within two business days. Support covers installation, configuration, and usage questions, as well as defect investigation on a commercially-reasonable-effort basis. It does not include custom development, third-party model or API fees, or cloud infrastructure costs.
